With extensive experience on all aspects of private equity, including fund formation work, and in mergers and acquisitions including cross-border leveraged buy outs, disposals, syndications and secondary transactions, Daniel has advised investment managers on a wide range of fund formation matters, including the establishment of alternative asset funds, green energy and infrastructure funds, emerging market and distressed debt funds. He has also acted for a broad range of investors in private equity, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, governmental development agencies and others on various aspects of their investment programs including participation in funds and co-investments.
