Ed Hall

Ed specialises in the formation of private equity funds, acting for both general partners (GPs) and investors. He has a particular focus on mid-market and large private equity funds, infrastructure funds and carried interest/co-investment arrangements.He also works closely with a number of fund-of-funds houses on all aspects of their activities, including fundraising, separate managed account mandates, fund investment and secondary transactions. He acts for private equity houses and other leading financial institutions, including Triton, Macquarie, Phoenix Equity Partners, Palamon Capital Partners, Balfour Beatty, Capital Dynamics, Pantheon and Cubera.
