Kate works in the Private Investment Funds Group at Proskauer and advises on the establishment, structuring and ongoing operation of a wide range of UK and international investment funds. In addition, she represents a number of fund managers on a range of matters, including internal governance, compliance, carried interest, spinouts and restructurings. A significant portion of Kate’s practice is spent on secondary transactions, as well as synthetic secondary and co-investment structures. She also advises a number of institutional investors globally on their alternative investments.
