U.S. Venture Partners (USVP), is a venture capital investment firm in Silicon Valley and since its inception USVP has invested more than $2.7 billion in over 450 companies across a broad range of industries, of which 84 have completed an initial public offering. At USVP, Rick focuses on software (enterprise SaaS and security) and consumer services (mobile and e-commerce). Rick currently serves on the Board of Directors at Act-On Software, EasilyDo, HotelTonight, Pluto TV, ScoreBig, Skytree, ThreatMetrix, and Wayin. Rick previously managed numerous USVP investments that have seen successful exits, including Intermolecular, Instantis, myYearbook), Yammer and Trusteer (acquired by IBM).
