Tim Griggs

Tim is the Managing Partner of Bluetower Associates, a private equity placement agent and advisor specialising in direct secondary transactions. Bluetower was established to bring the skills, knowledge and experience of the secondary investor to managers looking to restructure a fund or to refinance or purchase a portfolio. All the partners at Bluetower have previously worked for secondary funds, the innovative fund structures they have created and funded are a testament to their better understanding of what is possible in the secondary space.  Before establishing Bluetower Tim spent 12 years working for secondary funds where he focused on fund raising, deal sourcing, and investor relations. This included four years with Chamonix Private Equity (direct secondary funds), four years with ARCIS Capital (secondary funds) and five years with Pomona Capital (secondary funds and fund-of-funds)
